Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy applies to orders placed through the Morselhood website and apps. Morselhood currently supports local food orders within serviceable areas and may offer pickup, seller-arranged delivery, or platform-coordinated delivery where available.

Service Area

Orders are accepted only for locations that are shown as serviceable in the app or otherwise confirmed at checkout. Delivery availability may vary by area, seller capacity, timing, weather, and local access restrictions.

Delivery Model

Depending on the listing and location, orders may be fulfilled through pickup, delivery by the seller, or delivery coordinated by Morselhood or its delivery partners. Availability of each option is shown at the time of ordering when supported.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery and pickup times shown in the app are estimates only. Actual timing can vary due to preparation time, traffic, weather, building-entry rules, and other operational constraints.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, reachable phone number, and any relevant instructions for entry or handoff. If the customer is unreachable or the location cannot be accessed, delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, or treated as failed delivery.

Failed Delivery or Missed Pickup

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect address details, the recipient being unavailable, refusal to accept the order, or inability to access the premises, the order may not be eligible for refund once preparation has started.

Perishable Goods

Food items are perishable. Customers should collect or receive orders promptly and inspect them at the time of handoff. Concerns about missing, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible.

Shipping or Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery or convenience charges will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

Delays or Interruptions

Morselhood is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, severe weather, traffic disruption, public restrictions, building security issues, or events beyond reasonable operational control. Where possible, affected customers will be informed through the app or by contact details provided at checkout.
