Safety Features (Reporting and Blocking)

• Reporting: If you report a listing, we store details of the report (such as which listing was reported, who reported it, and optional reason text) to investigate and take action.
• Blocking: If you block a user, we store that preference so we can hide that user’s content from you and reduce unwanted interactions.
• Moderation actions: We may remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend/block accounts to protect the community.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from within the app. When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify certain profile information (for example, name, phone number, and profile fields) so it is no longer linked to you in the app.

Important: Account deletion may be unavailable if you have active orders. We may require all your orders to be completed before allowing deletion to prevent disruption and fraud.

We may retain order and transaction records for operational, dispute-resolution, safety, and compliance reasons. Where feasible, we reduce the visibility of personal contact details associated with deleted accounts within the app experience.

Security

We maintain industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is completely secure; we encourage users to protect their account credentials and report suspicious activity.

Your Choices

Users can access and update certain account information in their profile. You can also report content, block users, and request account deletion from within the app.
