Content Policy
Last updated: 28 Dec 2025
This Content Policy describes what content is allowed on the platform, the responsibilities of members who post listings, and actions we may take for policy violations.
Allowed Content
Members may post descriptions, photos and basic details related to listings and offers within their permitted community. Content should be accurate and not misleading.
Prohibited Content
- Illegal goods or services.
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes violence.
- Dangerous or unsafe items or advice that could cause harm.
- Spam, scams, or content intended to defraud other members.
Enforcement
We may remove or restrict access to content that violates this policy and may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in repeated or serious violations. Members can report problematic content via the app's reporting tools.
Moderation & Safety
- Filtering before posting: We apply automated checks to listings (for example, detecting common spam patterns and certain prohibited terms) and may block or reject content before it is posted.
- Reporting: Users can report listings they believe are objectionable (for example, harassment, hate, unsafe content, scams, or spam). When you report a listing, it is removed from your view immediately. We review reports and may remove content for everyone, restrict visibility, or take account-level action.
- Blocking: Users can block abusive users. Blocking hides that user’s listings from your feed immediately and prevents further interactions in the app where applicable.
- Account restrictions: For serious violations or repeated abuse, we may temporarily suspend or permanently block access to protect the community.
Appeals & Contact
If your content is removed, you may contact support to seek clarification or appeal. We aim to respond to safety/content concerns in a timely manner (typically within 24–48 hours) but do not guarantee reinstatement.
Support contact
We may adjust this policy as the service evolves. Always review the latest version in the app for current rules.
